Katz

Two condominium units combined into one, anchored by a massive Great Room inspired by the unit’s wrap-around ocean views and the homeowners' high-end art collection. Floors of poured terrazzo and walls of Venetian plaster gave the space a complementing smooth, polished finish. Art Deco reproductions furnishings were combined with original ones, allowing the extensive art collection speak for itself and creating a stunning effect of glass and glamour.

The vast open layout creates an oversized Great Room where the foyer opens into a dining room and two separate living spaces. The furniture placement creates artificial walls, allowing full views of the gallery-quality artwork and ocean and city backdrop.
