An extensive renovation to a 1940's Tudor style bungalow in Burlington. The existing home was completely gutted and the roof removed to make way for a second floor expansion off the rear. The main floor plan was revised to exclude all load-bearing and partition wall assemblies, resulting in a true open-concept environment.
