Mahanaim is a home with a healthy living eco-friendly lifestyle close to nature designed house. The complete home is naturally lit with an ample amount of sunlight brightening the beauty of the natural materials used to build this house. The house is ventilated with well-positioned windows and niches for the fresh air to flow through the house.
Basement :
The house has a large Basement space designed for entertainment and the other side of the space for squash court, also a planter space filled with natural soil and tall growing plant in the centre of the stairwell looking up the skylight at the terrace through the stairwell.
Ground floor :
The Ground floor closed garage space for 2 sedan car parking space along with space for servant quarters, garage has an indoor access door along with the main entrance door to the foyer space. The foyer is designed with nice pergola skylight with a vertical garden below enhancing the surface with natural green texture of plants with the beautiful sunlight gels with the green natural Kota stone flooring. Foyer leads us to two spaces one is basement and other flight to the living room, stairwell opens up to the skylight, Living space well organized with built-in seat, a high roof, and huge windows that balances the ventilation, roof is made of brick filler slab, bricks bumping out of the roof a bit to create beautiful pattern under the slab. The higher slab does not allow the space to heat up and keeps the air cool.
First Floor :
First floor opens up to the warm kitchen attached with dining space, utility and kitchen store for kitchen, cozy bedroom with attached toilet, dining area has a peep out balcony looking towards the road to monitor the visiting people to the house.
Second Floor :
second-floor the final level of the house opens from the stairwell to open study space has a huge window with a live planter box. The plants at the study room window seat helps the air to purify and flow inside and gets the better oxygen. the floor has 3 more bedroom, 2 bedrooms for kids and one as master bedroom, one of the kid room is designed with a mezzanine library space and a funky hanging net sleeping space.

Further looking at terrace level is design organized terrace garden, Barbeque area, Terrace kitchen and a powder room. The house design has a nice flow of access to all the areas in every floor.
The materials used are sustainable materials, we have reduced the cement plastering to the maximum and clay filler roof slab to reduce cement concrete and plastering the ceiling surface. Natural stone kucha brings the rustic texture to the house, Jaisalmer and Kota is used as flooring material. These natural materials get the unexpected vibrance in the house producing the energy abundantly.
