MFD-01 is a residential infill project. The design intent is to have a monolithic presence on the street with open public areas for its residents towards the back and sides of the building. It is made up of four 2 bedroom units. Each unit consists of two levels, living and kitchen on one level and bedrooms on the other. Every unit is treated as a unique volume, all volumes connect and stack to accommodate for parking on the ground level.
