New house at Nelson Bay that hugs the landscape, melding into the bushland a capturing bay views through angled balconies and side windows. Split level design with raked ceilings and overhead windows makes for a breezy, calm, beachside home.

Modern new split level house overlooking Nelson Bay. The brief was to take advantage of the views which we managed to do from most rooms by angling the windows out at the side. Skilion roof and overhead window let ligt flow in.

We design our own kitchens to suit the owners tastes and the spaces we have designed. The kitchen is pushed back under the windows above creating a bulk-head over. The frosted glass splash back lets light in over the benchtop.
