Clients had a water loss in this 1963 Old Orchard home which had solid oak flooring, matching oak cabinets, wallpaper and a florescent light box. We removed wallpaper, light box, replaced sink base cabinets and painted all with a commercial lacquer finish, removed light box, added cans to elevate the ceiling, replaced tile countertops with a Calacatta quartz, added a 8 x 8 pattern tile backsplash, installed a chandelier I found to coordinate with the tile pattern ,removed solid wood and installed a SPC waterproof flooring throughout with new 5" baseboards.
This was the very first home built in Old Orchard 1 in 1963 and probably the cutest. Turned out so beautiful ❤
