The goal of this project was to create a space that could accommodate a large family of seven who have a love for the finer things in life. This is the third new construction job we have worked hand in hand with these clients and would love to do it all over again! We mixed playful coastal designs with elegant, clean line accents throughout the three stores of this beachfront home in Palm Coast, Florida. Due to the size of the family and the level of activities they enjoy, we were sure to create a space that the children could enjoy themselves with enough distance from the adults. The first floor houses a casual family room with a small kitchen. As you walk up the beautiful spiral stairwell, you have the main floor with a large open kitchen plan, overlooking the living room and beautiful ocean views.
