Originally built in 1903, the project, in direct service of the client's vision, honors its past while embracing a clean, contemporary vision. The existing townhouse provided a rich base of spaces and architectural details, but required our precise refinement to open up channels for natural light, maximize functionality and provide the client with a sense of calmness.
