This was a summer house that had been added to many times. The original stucture, the two story hip and the low 1 story hip beside it were added to with several new additions which allowed a large new kitchen and an expanded bedroom wing. The rest of the cottage was renovated to keep it's antique feel and cottage look. A pool and extensive perennial gardens were added.
