Scandinavian Redo is a remodel of a 1974 architecturally designed house. The client's Danish and Japanese heritage provided a great transition from the existing tectonic expression to a clean and fresh experience. Two primary moves consisted of opening up the kitchen to the dining, breakfast, and family areas and to reduce the mass of the fireplace. Crisp modern finishes enhance the structure and increase the perception of space.
