Full basement remodel on an 1920's home in NE Portland. We gutted the entire basement, redesigned an all new floor plan around an ADU unit. The project included all new framing, flooring (including leveling existing concrete floors), installing a new kitchenette and bathroom and insuring that everything met Portland codes for an ADU. We also remodeled this clients main kitchen on the main level of the house.
