Removed shared wall between kitchen and dining room to gain depth in the kitchen and open up the space for a more modern feel.
Utilized the 9 foot ceilings by designing the use of 54" tall wall cabinets. We also incorporated a down draft Decor hood to allow for ventilation of gas stove that is necessary for proper ventilation in the home.
Installed a hexagon tile floor to tie in the theme of the original home and added a glass tile back splash. A farm house sink was used to give the home the feel of a 1930's bungalow installed with Cambria Quartz material.
Custom oak molding was installed to match the original molding in the home.
