This is a Condo on Las Olas Blvd that we reconfigured. It had very little space. We eliminated the exit door in the kitchen, closed up the wall with 2 hour firewall. We then moved the fridge over and installed a new run of upper and lower cabinets on that back wall. We went with White Shaker cabinets, a very beautiful veined granite countertop with a subway tile for the backsplash. We then converted a very unfriendly and useless closet into a workable and usable double pantry with shelving and drawers for additional storage. Needless to say, the customer loves it!
