On the outside, this was an attractive, older home in a sought-after neighborhood with great schools. On the inside, it was difficult to imagine that this home had ever been updated since it was originally built in the 1890s. With 6 small bedrooms, a large kitchen oddly lacking cabinets and a sink, and bathrooms that were extremely dated, this home was renovated from top to bottom including:

• Replacing all of the home's systems, including a new hydro-air HVAC system, all new plumbing piping for waste and water supply, and all new wiring. All of the windows were replaced plus new ones were added.

• Redesigning the original multi-part kitchen into one cohesive space and relocating the washer and dryer to the second floor.
