Keeping a promise we made to the new owners of our original Wolfe Street restoration project, we purchased the home directly next door out of foreclosure and decided to tear it down and start from scratch. We hand drew this plan to fit the cottage feel of the encompassing neighborhood. We choose off grade construction and added a 2 car garage at the rear of the home. Few costs were spared on the interior finished including hand scraped floors, granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. We are very proud of the result and take great pride that an amazing young couple will always call this their "first home!!"
