This two story craftsman was built in 1920 and was in desperate need of a facelift. The original shake had been hidden beneath vinyl siding and the interior had suffered decade of neglect. A painstaking five month restoration project ensued, that included completely new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The kitchen and all three baths were gutted to the studs, and the second story was reconfigured to house a new laundry room. We are very proud of the result and are excited for the young family who punched this amazing piece of history!
