Eastside Bungalow

In an area of town where most old houses are torn down to build big modern boxes, we had the pleasure of completely restoring this craftsman bungalow to it's original glory and beyond.

This home was in bad shape when we started the design process, but with a lot of hard work and care, we were able to restore all original floors, ceilings, windows & siding. We uncovered original shiplap siding on most interior walls. We were able to re-configure layouts in crucial rooms (kitchen/dining and bathrooms) without taking away from the original integrity and character of the structure. Working on this project was a huge labor of love for our entire team.

Relocating the washer and dryer to a stacked location in a hall closet allowed us to add a second bathroom to the existing 3/1 house. The new bathroom is definitely on the sunny side, with bright yellow cabinetry perfectly complimenting the classic black and white tile and countertop selections.
