These new homeowners had a vision in mind, and we were there to help make it happen. To create a new and modern feel, we replaced the staircase’s railing and balusters. Notice the new mega baluster don’t have shoes! This was a challenge, but we were up for it. Along with refinishing the hardwood floors throughout, we were able to eliminate the floors original red undertones. Not to mention the extensive load bearing wall enlargements. Many LVL beams were used in the making of this project. My favorite part is the new 12’ kitchen window looking out into their back yard. What a stunning view! Mione Family Remodeling was not involved in the kitchen cabinetry upgrades or painting. Overall, we are pleased with how this projected turned out.
