Galley Kitchen and Dining Remodel
This galley kitchen transformed from a dated and nonfunctional space, to an upscale, transitional chef's kitchen. Chocolate glazed oak cabinets from Mid Continent tie with the dining room darker oak base and the antique upper moving from rustic to modern. Natural travertine stone subway tile creates depth and texture to offset the Canterbury Cambria counter tops. Top knobs hardware brushed nickle matches the stainless appliances in the kitchen; while the oil brushed bronze works perfectly with the antique look of the dining room. Moving the refrigerator to the right opened more counter space, and prevented the dishwasher and freezer doors colliding. The stacked LG washer /dryer allows for a storage closet next door. Now this kitchen is highly functional with plenty of storage. The dining room offers a wine and espresso bar, as well as more storage.
