Modern Warmth

WINNER OF THE PIERCE COUNTY MASTER BUILDER'S ASSOCIATION 2016 REMODELING EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR BEST WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL

This house was stuck in the 1980’s! The homeowners wanted a redesign with a modern flair! First, we moved the basement stairs which were located in the middle of the house. This created room for a large modern kitchen which has an 11’ island, slate colored cabinetry and a combination of Pure White quartz countertops on the perimeter and Piatra Gray quartz countertops on the island. A fireplace was added in the living room with a white birch ledgestone surround. A Stikwood wall camouflages the door to the walk-in pantry and powder room. Cable stair railing takes the place of the dated wooden posts and balusters. Redesigned with a modern flair!
