On the Water

This gorgeous house on the lake is comfortable and functional as well! Combining softer lines with some modern and some rustic details customized this house for our clients active lifestyle.

Our client wanted this staircase to look intentional with art that seemed like a window to expand the space. Their cool wood vase with inlaid turquoise found a home on the landing.

Our clients really wanted old warehouse looking brick so we found just the thing in thin brick format so that it wouldn't take up too much room in this cool bar off the living area.

This comfortable game room has 3 TVs in the sitting area and 1 at the bar so you can watch all the games simultaneously! A customized shuffleboard table provides fun and the chair reclines with another outdoor living area not shown in this picture.
