Pristine Townhome Kitchen
An updated townhome for a cleaner, brighter feel
This townhome owner sought to transform their kitchen, prioritizing brightness and functionality. The existing knotty alder cabinets clashed with their style, while countertop appliances created unwanted clutter. Having experienced dusty renovations in the past, the client was also focused on finding a team who’d pay careful attention to dust management.
What Were the Goals of This Remodel?
The primary goal was modernizing the space with new cabinets and countertops to achieve a lighter, more contemporary aesthetic. Our design team incorporated innovative storage solutions to maximize functionality while maintaining the clean lines the client desired.
What Was Our Approach to This Remodel?
We opted for a “pull and replace” remodel – an approach that preserves the existing layout while updating key elements, offering significant aesthetic improvement at an optimal cost. The renovation included new cabinets, countertops, hardware, and fixtures throughout both spaces. A custom “appliance garage” was incorporated into the design, allowing countertop appliances to be concealed when not in use, maintaining the clean aesthetic the client desired.
