this project required intense redesign and thoughtful design-build construction techniques to bring the substandard structure up to standard while focusing on creating a unique, interesting environment. the project required a total tear back to the studs in every room. lots of insect damage, water leaks and numerous additions ravaged the building and added to the cost, timeframe and emotions for all involved. the results speak for themselves.
