Sockeye Homes solved the Proverbial "Hey Where Is Your Bathroom," "Oh It's Right Here" problem by engineering to remove the 4 load-bearing walls that surrounded the Powder Room in the middle of Kitchen and Family Room. Kitchen was moved to where the Family Room (Fireplace) Area along with Powder getting tucked away from the new Great Room. The end result is a huge Great Room where everyone can hang out. And the old Kitchen area has now turned into a cozy Family space. Not to mention that no one is now worried about making any noises in Powder Room...
