After a fire destroyed most of their home and the insurance company deemed it a total loss, the owners contacted Standing Bear Construction to rebuild their home. Standing Bear brought us on board to provide the necessary drawings for the build.

Taking the opportunity, we created a much more optimized floorplan for the clients based on the exact footprint of the previous home. Private and public areas were better separated, and an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceiling became the feature of the home's interior.

The clients are happy with the results and are now back to living in their home after the tragedy of losing it to a fire.
