The clients, a growing family, were suddenly offered the opportunity to acquire this single-family home but needed to adapt it to their needs. The house had been renovated in part, but lacked quality design and thought to accommodate todays lifestyle. Christopher's designs help modernize the home to accommodate basics such as a useful kitchen with open living concepts, all while preserving historic features and reviving some of the character that had been lost in prior renovations. The project was completed in phases with a budget in mind. The completed project includes the future third-floor master suite and an additional fourth bedroom.
