We were so excited to be entrusted with renovating a Terrace Park favorite. The home celebrated it's 100 year anniversary and it was time to replace the floors. We chose walnut planks with a clear finish throughout the first floor. The kitchen was completely renovated with custom cabinets and new appliances. The home also received a first floor master suite addition. Much attention was paid to sight lines and natural light (notice the addition of skylights). Because of the home's historical significance and the results we were able to achieve, we consider this project one of our all-time favorites.
