Gutted this master bathroom to the studs. Moved the toilet to the opposite side of the bathroom where the shower was located and made it a water closet; built the new custom handicap accessible shower where the tub was located, and increased the size of the vanity and moved the vanity sink locations. Replaced the large window with a Marvin Integrity fiberglass window with glue chip glass. Installed LED light fans in the new water closet and above the shower and vented them thru the roof. Installed 4" LED recess lights in the ceiling of the bathroom with a dimmer switch. Installed new vanity lights. Removed the tile floors, and concrete where the new shower is to be built so as to make it handicap accessible. Shower has a large bench seat, and recess/niche with Cambria Quartz surfaces. Shower fixtures are Delta with thermostatic valve, diverter valve, rain head shower head, and separate hand-held shower mounted on a hook. Cabinets are manufactured by Provine with 54" tall wall cabinets with a drawer, dovetail drawer construction, hamper pullout, Shaker style doors and drawers with J. Alexander aged bronze hardware. Installed Porcelain tile floors and shower walls, laid on diagonal pattern with decorative tile band around the top of the shower walls. Installed flat mosaic pebble shower floor tile. Installed a new 6 panel pocket door in the closet. Moved and installed new electrical switches/receptacles and plates. Installed new aged bronze door hardware, framed mirrors, and accessories. Painted the ceiling, walls, doors, and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products. It is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
