Gutted this bathroom except for the tub! Converted the french door entry to a pocket door entry, which increased the functionality of this hall bathroom. Converted the linen closet on the left to a custom linen cabinet with three drawers below and Shaker style doors with adjustable shelves above. Moved the water lines and drain for the vanity. Increased the size of the vanity to 42" wide and comfort height. Installed custom accessory cabinet above the toilet, which sits on the Cambria Quartz coutertop shelf (called a banjo) and the cabinet has an adjustable shelf beneath the glass doors and adjustble shelves in the cabinet. We took the floor down to the joists, added bracing, installed a new subfloor and durock and laid 12x24 porcelain tile. Removed the tile around the tub/shower area and walls. Installed new sheetrock & durock around the tub/shower area. Installed new water lines, valve and trim kits with new shower head with a removable hand-held shower. Laid 4x12 ceramic tile in the tub/shower area. Installed a recess light/fan where the old fan was. Moved the vanity light location to above the sink and mounted the light thru the mirror. Installed new Delta fixtures, accessories, new sconce style vanity light, and new switches, receptacle, and plate. Applied Sherwin-Williams inteior latex Super Paint to the walls and Pro-Classic trim paint to the new doors, baseboard & shoe molding, and new window & door trim! New American Standard toilet, and frameless glass hinged door and panel. CUSTOMERS LOVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!! I am so happy for them and the way this project turned out!
