N. Ericson Master Bathroom

Gutted this master bathroom to the studs. Increased the door openings into the master bedroom and master bathroom to 36" wide and installed new french door unit for the master bedroom entry and hinged door unit for the master bathroom entry. Converted this bathroom to a handicap accessible bathroom. Changed the floor plan by eliminating the tub, moving the shower to the opposite side, increased the vanity length with storage on each side with adjustable shelves and handicap accessible sink base. Increased the size of the adult height vanity and installed a tall linen cabinet with adjustable shelves. Installed tall cabinets above the new washer/dryer location. Installed new 4" LED recess lighting, LED light/fans above the shower and toilet and vented them to the exterior, and installed new vanity lights. Installed new junction boxes, receptacles, and Lutron Maestro dimmer switches for the recess lights, stack switches for the light/fans, and switches for the vanity lights. Installed new dryer receptacle and Pex water lines & drain line for the washing machine. Moved and installed new Pex water lines and drain line for the new vanity sink locations, and installed new Pex water lines and drain for the shower. Cabinets are custom all wood Shaker style doors and drawers with soft close hardware and Top Knobs pulls. Installed porcelain under-mount sinks, quartz countertops, and Delta Cassidy Collection 8" spread faucets. The shower is 5.5' deep and 6' wide with no curb/threshold. Installed a hinged bench seat, Delta grab bars and Delta Cassidy Collection shower fixtures with separate hand-held shower mounted on an adjustable bar. The floor tile and shower wall tile is Atlas Concorde Ridge Greige 12" x 24" laid in a 1/3-2/3 pattern, Atlas Concorde Ridge Greige Row Mosaic shower floor tile, and Bostik True Color grout. Installed beveled mirrors and frameless shower door. Installed new DXV two piece Townsquare toilet with washlet bidet seat. Installed new grab bars on each side of the toilet. Installed new 4.25" baseboard, shoe molding, and crown molding around the perimeter of the bathroom. Painted the ceiling, walls, and all trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products.
