Gutted this master bathroom! Increased the width of the shower by almost 1'! Centered the shower drain and installed a new Kohler round grid shower drain. Moved the tub plumbing drain and water lines. Installed new Anatolia Mayfair Volakis Grigio HD 16" x 32" polished porcelain tile in the floor, 10.5" x 32" to the shower walls and tub walls, custom bullnose tile, with Piazza mosaic accent tile around the tub, and 1.25" polished hexagonal shower floor tile! The shower threshold, bench seat, niche, shower knee wall, and countertop are MSI Calacatta Trevi Quartz! Bostik True Color urethane grout in the shower and tub walls and Bostik Vivid grout with sealer in the floor in the color of Storm. Floor and wall tile is laid in a 1/3-2/3 pattern with 1/16" grout joints. All plumbing fixtures are Signature Hardware Beasley Collection in polished nickel finish. Shower is complete with hand shower mounted on an adjustable bar. Tub filler is a floor mount with hand shower. Faucets are 8" widespread! Installed new Signature Hardware Henley 66" Cast Iron double-ended pedestal tub with rolled rim and polished nickel waste and overflow. We installed new light/fan over the shower and vented it to the exterior. Installed new fan in water closet! Installed new LED trim kits where existing recess lights are located. Installed new chandelier and sconces! Built and installed new Maple wood cabinet doors, drawers, false fronts, upper cabinet all in Shaker style, and built custom cove style mirror frames, all painted with SW Light French Gray with satin finish. Installed Top Knobs Devon Series Brixton 5" cabinet pulls and 1.25" Mushroom knobs. Installed frameless glass door with polished nickel hardware and panels, all treated with Enduro Shield. Painted the walls, trim, and ceiling using Sherwin-Williams paint products. Installed Schlage Latitude Lever door hardware with new hinges, both in polished nickel finish. Installed radiant heat flooring with programmable thermostat. Installed Signature Hardware Beasley Collection accessories! Installed new Lutron dimmer switches for all light fixtures except the light/fan and fan in the water closet. Installed new receptacles and screwless plates in white! BEAUTIFUL RENOVATION!!!!
