This area is a part of the whole condo remodel! Opened up this small galley kitchen by removing the walls and increasing the width between the base cabinets by approximately 18"-24"! We installed all new 4" & 6" recess LED lighting in the ceilings which are controlled by area using dimmer switches. We installed new Prestige Alpine Oak engineered hardwood flooring. Installed new Atrium 3000 Series double hung window in the kitchen and casement window with an awning window beneath it in the great room. We installed a new Provia Legacy Steel exterior full view door with blinds between the glass and with Schlage hardware. We installed new Custom Cabinets, painted maple wood cabinets with pullouts in the base cabinets, adjustable shelves in the wall cabinets, soft-close drawer hardware, soft close hinges, stainless steel apron front sink, Delta touch goose-neck faucet, Soho 4" x 16" subway back-splash tile, tape LED under-cabinet lighting, Cambria Britanica Quartz counter-top, Jefferey Alexander cabinet hardware, Kitchen Aid appliances, new 4.25" baseboard, shoe molding, new HVAC registers, new rocker style switches/receptacles and plates. Scraped the ceilings smooth, painted the ceilings, walls, and all trim using Sherwin-Williams products.
