This is the 5th project we have completed for this customer in the last 15 years! Removed the existing patio and landscaping from the back of this home. Poured a new stamped and stained concrete foundation for this covered outdoor kitchen & entertainment area! Removed the concrete walkway beside the swimming pool and poured a new stamped and stained concrete walkway & washed rock pool deck with a new drain! Built a covered outdoor kitchen & entertainment area with a hip roof tying in to the existing home. Installed new 6" LED recess lights, two new Minka-Aire outdoor ceiling fans, high output tape LED lighting around the perimeter of the structure, #1 pine tongue and groove ceiling, cedar trim, 10" x 10" x 10' cypress posts, kitchen bar & refrigerator bar with manufactured stone & Taj Majal Quartzite countertop, electrical receptacles around the perimeter of the bar & in the ceiling. Installed new shingles matching the existing shingles, 5" seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts with LeaFree gutter protection system. Added an outdoor water spigot for a water source! Steaks are on!!!!
