Installed Durock to the shower walls and Laticrete Hydro-ban water-proofing membrane and fiberglass tape to make it waterproof. Installed Soho 4" x 16" subway tile with an accent band in the shower and around the tub. Installed hexagonal shower floor tile. Custom built in recesses/niches in the shower for shower products. Installed Moen plumbing fixtures for the vanity faucets, tub, and shower. Installed frameless glass shower door and panel with matching hardware. Installed new custom framed mirror and adult height double vanity cabinet with Shaker style doors with soft=close internal hinges, slab drawer fronts with soft-close glides, and Shrewsbury knobs from Top Knobs for the hardware. Raised the height of the vanity lights and re-installed those. Installed new Quartz countertop with Mirabelle porcelain under-mount sinks. Installed a new Kohler Cimmaron toilet. Installed new accessories, electrical switches/receptacles and plates. Installed new matching door hinges and door knobs. Installed a new Atrium 3000 Series double hung vinyl replacement window with obscure glass in the water closet. Painted the walls, ceiling, and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products!
