Gutted this bathroom and increased the entry door opening and opening to the shower area to be compatible for wheelchair access. Converted the corner jacuzzi tub area to a shower with fold down bench seat. Installed Marazzi porcelain 12" x 24" shower wall tile with a niche/recess. Installed Marazzi mosaic shower floor tile, and Marazzi 12" x 12" bathroom floor tile on a diagonal pattern. Install Delta Lahara Collection shower fixtures with shower head, separate hand-held shower head mounted on an adjustable bar, and single handle lavatory faucet in chrome finish. Installed Custom Cabinets with handicap access, one door with adjustable shelf, and a triple drawer stack. Installed Top Knobs cabinet hardware in chrome finish. Install new LED light/fans over the toilet, and in the shower and vented both to the exterior. Installed new sconces, and two 4" LED recess lights in the vanity/toilet area controlled by a Lutron Maestro dimmer switch. Installed two 6" LED recess lights in the shower controlled by a Lutron Maestro dimmer switch. Installed stack switches for the LED light/fans. Installed a new receptacle on the right side of the vanity and behind the toilet for a future bidet seat installation. Installed Cambria Bradshaw quartz countertop with a porcelain under-mount sink. Re-installed the toilet. Installed new interior entry door with hardware and replaced the linen closet door hardware. Re-installed the mirror. Installed new crown molding, baseboard, and shoe molding. Painted the walls and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products. Installed new Delta grab bars in the shower and Delta Lahara Collection accessories. All new receptacles, switches, and plates.
