Remodeled this kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. The kitchen cabinets were painted a charcoal color before, and there was a cook-top with microwave/vent above it, and a double oven cabinet. We removed and replaced all of the doors, drawers, and drawer fronts. The new doors have soft close hinges, the drawers have soft close glides, and we installed new Top Knobs cabinet hardware. We painted the existing base and wall cabinet frames. We built new vent-a-hood cabinet, dark stained larger island cabinet, and single oven wall cabinet. We installed new LED recess lighting, LED tape under-cabinet lighting, oil can pendant lighting over the island, and pendant light over the kitchen sink. We removed the old tile flooring and installed new porcelain tile wood plank flooring in all three rooms. We installed new Versailles clear glass tile back-splash tile with Bostik Dimension grout. We painted the walls, ceiling, and trim with Sherwin-Williams products. In the powder room we installed new vanity with vessel sink, round mirror, and American Standard toilet. In the laundry room, we moved the washing machine and dryer locations, and built a fir down/bulkhead for the new vent-a-hood which had to be vented to the exterior, but could not be vented thru the ceiling due to living space above the kitchen/laundry room.
