Gutted this 1970's master bathroom. Eliminated the bulkhead/soffit above the vanity. Converted the single sink vanity to a double vanity, switched the tub and shower locations, added a door for the water closet, removed the carpet and installed porcelain tile floor. Installed porcelain tile to the shower walls, tub surround, tub deck, with a decorative band tile, and mosaic shower floor tile. Installed Delta shower fixture with an adjustable hand-held shower mounted on a bar. Tub filler with a separate hand-held. New drop-in acrylic soaking tub, custom tub skirt, matching the new custom, adult height vanity. Cambria quartz counter-top, Mirabelle under-mount sinks with 8" spread Delta faucets. New 4" LED recess lights, light/fan above the shower, vanity lights, and new receptacles/switches with decorative plates. Frame-less glass shower door and panel. New accessories and door hardware. Sherwin-Williams ceiling, wall, and trim paint.
