Gutted this kitchen, laundry room, and formal dining room. Converted the wall between the formal dining room and kitchen to a cased opening, increased the width of the opening between the laundry room and kitchen, and removed a closet from the adjoining den to increase the cabinet space in the kitchen. Installed new sub-floor, solid oak hardwood flooring, 4" LED recess lights, 6" LED recess lights, new electrical breaker panel, rocker style switches/receptacles with dimmer switches for the LED lights. Installed new Maple wood Custom Cabinets stained dark with bead-board base cabinet doors and Shaker style wall cabinets doors. Cabinet hardware is soft close hinges and soft close drawer guides. Installed glass wave subway back-splash tile, tape LED under-cabinet lighting, new staineless steel appliances, and new HVAC registers. Installed new crown molding, base-boards, and shoe molding. Scraped the ceilings and painted the ceilings, walls, and trim with Shrewin-Williams paint products. Installed new granite single bowl sink with Delta touch goose-neck faucet.
