Gutted this kitchen/greatroom, and fireplaces. Removed the tile floor, Durock, and particle board sub-floor and poured 1.25" 6000 psi concrete over existing slab to bring the floor back to proper elevation. Moved the plumbing for the kitchen sink new location. Reconfigured the island cabinet with a raised bar. Increased the depth of the refrigerator wall, and replaced the pantry doors with matching Shaker style doors. Laid Happy Floors Pietra d' Assisi Porcelain tile in a Versailles pattern in the kitchen, greatroom, and back door entry way. Applied Bostik Vivid grout in the color of Misty Gray. Laid new stone tile around each fireplace with pencil round and chair-rail/ogee edge tile. Installed new Kith Custom Cabinets in the color of white with the island and custom shiplap vent-hood in the color of Naval. Doors have hidden soft-close hinges and Shaker style 5 piece hardwood full extension under-mount soft-close guides with dovetail construction. Installed custom blind corner pullout, base cabinet pullouts, KitchenAid warming drawer, adjustable wood shelves and adjustable glass shelves in upper cabinets with glass doors. Installed Top Knobs Devon hardware to the doors and drawers. Tape LED under-cabinet lighting and tape LED in cabinet lighting is dimmable. All receptacles are located beneath the wall cabinets so as to not break up the Cambria Signature Series Portrush backsplash and countertop. Installed countertop mounted switches for both garbage disposals. Installed 4" dimmable 5-color LED recess lights around the perimeter of the kitchen. Installed 6" dimmable eyeball recess lights in front of the entertainment system and fireplaces. Installed dimmable 6" LED 5 color recess lights in the ceiling of the great room. Installed Savoy House Alsace 26" span 3 blade ceiling fan with remote and LED light kit, Savoy House Brisa 8 light fandelier in the great room. Installed 3 Mitzi Kiki 14" Pendant lights in Navy over the new island. Installed Elkay Luxe 10" under-mount double basin Quartz Composite Sink in the color of Navy with Delta Linden Kitchen PUllut Faucet with Temporary Flow, and Elkay Luxe 15.75" under-mount Single Basin Quartz Composite Sink in the color of Navy with Delta Leland Pulldown Kitchen Faucet with Magnetic Docking Spray Head and Shield Spray. Installed Delta Pot Filler Faucet above cooktop. Installed new whirlpool microwave in custom cabinet, new refrigerator, new KitchenAid dishwasher, Avallon 24" wide beverage cooler, and 42" Vent-a-hood Wall mounted insert with dual blowers and LED lights! Installed new diimmer switches for all LED lights, modern receptacles with USB ports, and metal plates. Painted the ceiling, walls, trim, and doors with Sherwin-Williams paint products. This is definitely one of the most beautiful kitchen/great room renovations I have done! Enjoy!
