This is the 4th major renovation we have completed for this customer in East Memphis! Gutted this master bathroom to the studs. eliminated the fir down above the tub/shower and vanity. Installed new Schluter Ditra-Radiant Heat floor with programmable thermostat. Converted the tub/shower to a shower with a bench seat. Installed a new Shaker style pocket entry door, new custom furniture style vanity from Custom Cabinets with Shaker style inset doors and drawers, all with soft close hardware and glides, and matching mirror frame. Installed Top Knobs cabinet hardware. Installed Prestige Calcatta Gold Quartz countertop and shower bench seat top. Installed new Mirabelle porcelain under-mount sink, and Delta Cassidy Collection 8" spread faucet. Installed a LED light/fan above the shower, a 4" LED recess light in the ceiling, and a new vanity light! Installed a new American Standard TownSquare toilet with soft close seat/lid. The shower wall tile is 3" x 9" Massa Bianco Marble laid in a standard pattern beneath the accent/band tile which is Bennelong Point Diamond Thala Grey Honed accent/band tile with Lotus White Marble Polished Pencil Liner beneath the accent/ band tile & also laid around the perimeter of the niche & shower walls, and Lotus White Marble Polished Chair-rail above the accent/band tile and also installed where the shower wall meets the ceiling. Installed Anatolia Bliss Harmony Warm Blend Natural Pebble Mosaic for the shower floor. Installed Delta Cassidy Collection shower trim, shower head, and adjustable hand-held shower mounted on a bar. Installed frameless glass shower door and panel with hardware. Installed Maniscalco Exotic Mosaic Basketweave natural stone floor tile. Used Bostik unsanded grout and sealed all of the shower wall and floor tile. Installed new 4.25" baseboard and shoe molding. Painted the walls and trim with Benjamin Moore paint.
