Converted this out-dated tub/shower alcove to an alcove shower with a bench seat. Eliminated the fir down/soffit above the vanity, moved the HVAC duct work & installed new HVAC register. Gutted the bathroom, installed new Atrium vinyl replacement window with obscure glass, porcelain floor and shower wall tile, with mosaic glass shower band tile, mosaic stone shower floor tile, frameless glass shower door & panel, Kohler toilet, custom built vanity & storage closet doors with Shaker style inset doors and drawers with soft close hardware, framed mirror, Delta 8" spread faucet, Delta shower fixture with hand-held shower, new vanity light, new accessories, grab bar, new door hardware, and new electrical switches/receptacles/decorative plates, and LED light/fan above the shower. Painted the ceiling, walls, trim, and doors with Sherwin-Williams products.
