Gutted this bathroom to the studs! Removed the wall between the vanity area and the tub/shower & toilet area so as to open up the space and increase the width of the vanity! Converted the single vanity too a double vanity. Move the shower drain to the center of the shower and moved the plumbing lines to the opposite side of the shower. Built a bench in the shower. Installed moisture resistant sheetrock to the walls and ceiling. Installed a LED light/fan above the shower and 4" LED lights in the ceiling of the bathroom. Installed a new Shaker style hall entry door unit and a Shaker style pocket entry door unit from the bedroom. Installed a custom painted (Alabaster) maple wood double vanity with Shaker style doors and drawers and matching accessory cabinet above the toilet. Installed a custom stained framed mirror above the vanity. Installed 6" x 36" American Olean Creekwood porcelain tile in the color of Ash River to the floor with Bostik Delorean Gray Vivid grout with sealer. Installed 6" x 12" Milestone Classica Alaska Glacier matte finish porcelain tile to the shower walls, and Lungarno hexagonal mosaic shower floor tile and in the backs of the niches/recesses. Installed Quartz countertops to the vanity and bench seat in the shower! Installed Signature Hardware 18" Myers porcelain under-mount sinks, Delta Cassidy Collection 8" spread faucets with Lever handles in Stainless finish. Installed American Standard Town Square 2 piece elongated chair height toilet. Installed Delta Cassidy 17 Series Pressure Balanced Valve and Trim for the shower with Signature Hardware 8" wide 2.5 GPM rain shower head and Delta H2Okinetic technology hand shower with 5' hose mounted on an adjustable bar. Installed Miseno round shower drain and trim. Installed matching Delta accessories. Installed new Park Harbor Antonia 2 light vanity lights above each vanity sink. Installed new stack switch to control the LED light/fan above the shower, Lutron Maestro switch to control the new 4" LED recess lights, switch to control the vanity lights, new receptacle on the left side of the vanity and screwless plates. Installed frameless glass panel and shower door treated with Enduro Shield and matching hardware finish. Installed new 4.25" baseboard and shoe molding. Painted the walls with Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint. Painted the trim with Sherwin-Williams Pro-Classic trim paint. Painted the ceiling with Sherwin-Williams ceiling paint.
