Gutted this bathroom, installed new acrylic tub, 12 x 24 porcelain tile around the tub/shower to the ceiling with a stone/glass mosaic band and two recesses/niches. Installed a new shower rod. Installed a cork underlayment over the new durock sub-floor and Laticrete radiant heat floor with programmable thermostat and 12 x 24 tile in a brick pattern. Installed Delta faucet and tub/shower valve & trim kits. Custom painted vanity with soft close drawers and shaker style doors, new four light vanity light, which was moved up to accommodate the adult height vanity. Installed Kohler under-mount sink with Cambria Praa Sands Quartz countertop and backsplash/sidesplash. Installed new electrical receptacles, switches, and decorative plates. Installed a new Atrium Vinyl Repalcement window with obscure glass. Painted the walls, trim, and new smooth ceiling using Sherwin-Williams paint.
