Gutted this kitchen, removed the closet pantry, widened the opening between the kitchen & formal dining room so refrigerator door could open properly, and converted the single closet door off the breakfast room to a Shaker Style french door with dummy knobs for easier access! Removed the fir downs above the wall cabinets and added new switches, added new electrical circuits in the kitchen, and switches/receptacles for all the new lighting in the kitchen & breakfast room! Added tape LED under-cabinet lighting! Scraped the ceiling and installed new 1/2" sheetrock as needed. Installed new 4" LED recess lights around the perimeter of the kitchen cabinets and in the breakfast room. Installed 6" LED recess lights in the center of the galley kitchen, breakfast room closet, and moved the new pendant light to the center of the breakfast room. Removed the linoleum flooring & adhesive. Installed new 12' x 24" Atlas Concorde Exist porcelain floor tile in the color of Pure to the kitchen/breakfast room and used Bostik Vivid grout in the color of Taupe. Installed new Custom Maple wood Shaker style doors & drawer cabinets, painted in color of Alabaster, with under-mount soft close drawer guides and hidden soft close hinges. Installed new Top Knobs Brushed Satin Nickel pulls on the drawers and 1.25" diameter knobs for the doors. Installed new Calacatta Clasique Quartz countertop, and Maniscalco Kaleidoscope Series 2.5" x 8" backsplash tile in the color of Taupe with glossy finish & used Bostik Vivid grout in the color of Taupe! Installed new Elkay under-mount double bowl sink in the color of greige with matching disposal flange & strainer. Installed new Delta pullout spray kitchen faucet in Artic Stainless finish. Added new Lutron Maestro dimmer switches to control the 4" & 6" LED recess lights separately, new rocker style receptacles and new screwless plates in the color of white! Installed crown molding, 4.25" baseboard, and shoe molding around the perimeter of the kitchen/breakfast room! Painted the ceiling, walls, and trim with Sherwin-Williams products! Love the transformation of this Galley kitchen & breakfast room!!! We also removed the laundry closet french doors, increased the width of the opening and installed a new french door unit for easier access!
