Gutted this master bathroom and added space to the bathroom by converting a closet in the bedroom and old washer/dryer closet from the hallway into the new bathroom. This allowed us to create a new walk-in handicap accessible shower, double vanity, and new space for the toilet! We installed a new 2'10" x 6'8" mirrored pocket door entry to the bathroom with privacy lock. We installed new LED light/fans over the toilet and shower locations, and new vanity lights above the sinks. New switches/receptacles/plates added! The conventional floor was completely re-done with new floor joists, piers, sub-floor, and bracing. All new plumbing drains and water lines have been installed. All new 1/2" greenboard sheetrock has been installed on the walls and ceiling. We installed 20" 20" Vitromex Manhattan Sky 20" x 20" porcelain tile in the floor and shower walls on a diagonal pattern with a 2" x 2" matching mosaic shower floor tile, and an American Olean Urban Classics Diamond pattern accent tile in the niches/recesses and around the perimeter of the shower knee wall. Applied Bostik Delorean Grey True Color grout and Char Black for the accent tile. Installed Custom Cabinets with Shaker style doors and drawers with soft close drawer glides and soft close hinges to the vanities and accessory cabinet above the toilet. Installed flat black 5" cabinet pulls. Installed porcelain under-mount sinks, Quatz countertop, Delta Ara Collection single handle faucets in the matte black finish. Installed Delta Ara Collection shower fixtures with thermostatic valve, diverter valve, shower head, and hand-held shower mounted on an adjustable bar. Installed matching Ara Collection robe hooks, towel bars, towel ring, and grab bar. Custom built a pedestal to increase the height of the toilet. Installed a two piece Toto toilet with bidet seat. Installed porcelain tile baseboard, crown molding around the perimeter of the bathroom. Installed custom beveled mirrors above each sink. Used Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint for the walls, ceiling paint for the ceiling, and Pro-Classic trim paint for the trim and door!
