Bryn Mawr Porch

Tore down this improperly built back porch and built it correctly! GAve this leaking back porch the correct roof pitch, as it should have benn built to begin with. Re-flashed the chimney correctly! Added 1x6 tongue and groove bead-board ceiling. Re-hung the ceiling fans. Installed LEd motion lights. Installed load bearing fiberglass posts! Painted with Sherwin-Williams exterior Super Paint!
