Totally gutted this master bathroom! Moved every plumbing fixture in this bathroom! Extended the length of the wall on the left end of the vanity so as to add electrical switches for the LED light/fan in the shower and the new light fixture above the tub with a Lutron Maestro dimmer switch. Moved the vanity sinks so as to make room for the accessory cabinets on each end. Converted the one vanity light to two vanity lights and moved them up for the new adult height vanity! Converted the shower to a double shower with floating bench seats on each end, custom niches, Delta Cassidy Collection shower fixtures with thermostatic valves, diverter valves, rain head shower head, separate hand-held shower heads mounted on a hook, and frameless glass panel and shower door with hardware! Moved the tub in front of the shower knee wall, and installed a Victoria Albert Amalfi freestanding tub with a wall mount Tressa tub filler with and hand-held, and put a niche in the knee wall above the tub. Moved the toilet to the opposite corner of the bathroom, and installed a one-piece American Standard toilet! Installed Florim 12" x 24" porcelain floor tile in a 1/3 - 2/3 brick style pattern and used Bostik Hydro-ment grout. Installed Manhattan Sky 13" x 13" porcelain shower wall tile laid in a standard pattern up to the Tranquil Cool blend flat pebble tile accent band and then laid on a diagonal pattern to the ceiling. Installed Tranquil Cool blend flat pebble tile for the shower floor. Used Bostik True Color grout in the shower. Installed Cambria Summerhill quartz for the vanity counter-top, bench seats, and bottom shelves in the niches. Installed Custom Cabinets Mission style, stained, oak adult height double vanity with in-set doors and drawers and matching upper accessory cabinets on each end of the vanity. Doors and drawers have soft close hardware. Installed Custom Cabinets matching oak framed, beveled mirrors. Installed Delta Cassidy Collection 8" spread vanity faucets, Mirabelle porcelain under-mount sinks. Installed Cove style stained oak crown molding. Installed two 4" LED recess lights in the ceiling of the bathroom controlled by a Lutron Maestro dimmer switch. Installed rocker style switches and receptacles, which are recessed into the counter-top back-splash and installed decorative plates. Installed a LED light/fan above the shower and toilet and vented thru the roof. Installed a mirrored pocket entry door. Painted the ceiling, walls, and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!
