This is the 4th project we have completed for this customer! Gutted this hall bathroom. Removed the wall between the tub/shower area and the vanity. Converted the double vanity to a single vanity with a tall drawer stack. Installed a custom cherry wood stained adult height vanity with rased panel doors and slab drawer fronts. Custom cherry wood stained mirror frame. Converted the tub/shower to a shower with Delta thermostatic valve, diverter valve, shower head, and hand-held shower. The tile is porcelain and each piece was custom cut for a unique subway pattern. Installed mosaic porcelain tile floor. Installed framelss glass door and panel with hardware. Installed Ceasarstone Quartz countertop with Mirabelle undermount sink, and 8" spread Delta faucet. Installed an American Standard Townsquare toilet. Installed a recess light/fan above the shower, two 4" LED recess lights in the ceiling, and two sconces. Installed new rocker style switches and receptacles with decorative cover plates. Installed marble bubble tile floor. Instsalled 5.25" baseboard with shoe-molding, and crown molding. Patined the walls, ceiling, trim, and door with Sherwin-Williams paint products.
