Gutted this master bathroom. Removed the cultured marble tub and shower, framed shower door, vanity/top & fixtures, toilet, and flooring. Built a new tub frame, and shower seat using treated lumber. Installed new porcelain tile on the shower walls, floor and tub surround with a decorative band. Installed new recessed light/fan above the shower, new soaking tub, new Kohler toilet, Medallion custom vanity, porcelain under-mount sinks, Delta faucets, Delta shower fixture with a separate adjustable hand-held shower mounted on a bar, tub filler with a hand-held shower. Installed Cambria quartz counter-top and Emtek cabinet hardware. Repaired the sheetrock walls and painted using Sherwin-Williams products. Replaced all door hardware and electrical receptacles/switches/plates to match the new finish of the plumbing fixtures. Installed new mirrors.
