This is part of the whole condo remodel! This was the downstairs hall/master bathroom! We eliminated the hallway entry to the bathroom making it just a master bathroom. Thus we moved the entry into the bedroom form the hallway and installed french entry doors. We also installed a pocket door entry from the bedroom into the bathroom! We replaced the tub/shower with a shower and put a knee-wall between the shower and toilet. Removed the wallpaper, and scraped the ceiling. We moved the tub drain to the center of the shower. We installed Durock to the walls of the shower to the ceiling and used Laticrete waterproofing membrane and fiberglass tape to make the shower waterproof. We installed new Mirabelle valve, diverter valve, shower head, and separate hand-held shower mounted on an adjustable bar. Installed Vitromex La Provence Rio Maggiere 12" x 24" wall and floor tile laid in a contemporary pattern, matching 2" x 2" shower floor tile. Installed new frame-less shower glass panel and door with hardware. Installed new Custom Cabinets stained maple wood vanity and accessory cabinet with soft close hinges. Installed Mirabelle porcelain under-mount sink with Ceasarstone Lagos Blue quartz counter-top with a banjo, which is the counter-top shelf located above the toilet! Installed new Mirabelle faucet, and matching trim kits in the shower with a Speakman shower head. Installed a frame-less mirror to the ceiling with a vanity light mounted thru the mirror. Installed new American Standard Wyatt one piece elongated toilet. Installed new grab bar in the shower. Installed an LED light/fan above the shower and a 4" LED light in the ceiling of the bathroom. Installed new rocker style electrical switches/receptacles and plates. Painted the bathroom with Sherwin-Williams paint products.
